New colour clients – a skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to an on scalp colour service
(ring the salon to arrange a skin test and consultation)
All colour services have to be booked with a blowdry or cut and blowdry
For some services a deposit may be required
Colour and Dry Cutting Services – Please arrive with clean brushed hair ready for your stylist
Please read the descriptions of each service to make sure you are booking correctly for your hair/hair length
This is important as it effects how long we have to complete your service. If you are unsure please ring us.
Short Hair (above the base of your neck)
Long or Thick Hair (between the base of your neck and elbows, and or thick hair)
Extra Long or Extra Thick Hair (past your elbows and or extra thick hair)
A surcharge will be added onto your bill if more time, colour, or product is needed during your service
Deposits
Non refundable deposits are required for some services. They are transferable if more than 24 hours notice is given.
Cancellations & No Shows
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in a 30% charge.
No shows without 24 hours notice will result in a 30%-100% charge.
